The closet door was stuck open and needed fixing, which detracted from the overall experience. I also noticed stains on the carpets that suggested it could use a good cleaning. Unfortunately, I was missing some toiletries, specifically hair conditioner, which I forgot to pack myself. On the bright side, the exposure to the noise from other rooms was minimal. A few maintenance issues were evident – the door got stuck multiple times, making it frustrating to enter after long days. The air conditioning unit was surprisingly loud at night, disrupting my sleep at times. I believe a renovation could elevate this hotel’s appeal significantly. Despite these challenges, the friendly staff really made the difference in my stay.

I was met with the warmest welcome at check-in by Jasmine, who kindly allowed me an early check-in so I could prepare for our local event. My Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was not only spacious but came with a fridge for my snacks. The hot tub had amazing jets that provided just the right kind of relaxation after a long day!
